While I promise to read your message, I can't promise to respond to it in a timely manner. I may even forget to respond at all! I certainly don't mean to be rude about it; in fact, I encourage you to send me email. But I don't want you to think that I'm ignoring you on purpose if you don't hear from me.
If I do respond, but the message seems a bit abrupt or curt, please don't take offense. Sometimes a short email message is all I have time to send. And I figure something is better than nothing!
If you would like a response and haven't received one within a few days, please send me another message and I will try to get back to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
